without refunding his balance.

complaints will be investigated promptly. Failure to

KayHosting guarantees 99.98% server uptime on all our
RDP plans. If servers are found to be dead for a long
time, you can ask for your remaining balance back. We
also provide extra days to use your service if we find
that your server is not working for a long time by our
mistake. KayHosting reserves the right to alter any or
all of the above policies, guidelines, and disclaimer
without specific notification. We also retain the right
to increase pricing and make changes to our account
plans.

If you add a bad/negative review on Trustpilot about the
