Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data, or material in violation of any United States federal, state or city law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret and other statutes. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless KayHosting from any claims resulting from the use of service which damages the subscriber or any other party. Sites that promote any illegal activity or reflect KayHosting Servers or any different server on the Internet are even prohibited. Links to such things are also prohibited.

Anything that can result in Spamhaus listing, Phishing Sites / Scam Sites (ex: eBay/Paypal, CC/Password Scam sites), Mailbombers or any spam sites, DDoS originations, Spam email, auto surfers, Netscan / Hack programs and archives, Use of Virtual machines or its software, Malicious Scripts (ex: originate DDoS attacks or hack attempts), Botnet/Doorway/Carding/Jingling, Using RDP Server As SeedBox, BitCoin & Crypto Mining Banned in any form. Broadcasting and Streaming in Starter, Basic, Admin, Encoding, Botting, and USA Rdp is banned. Buy Streaming RDP from us for Streaming purposes.

Banned Activities:
The following activities are banned for use on all our servers and may not be run by any clients. These activities are banned since they are either illegal / harmful / malicious / increase server loads.

  • Mining tools
  • Proxy Servers / Websites
  • DDoS / DoS / Brute Force tools
  • Any kind of E-mail spamming tools like AMS or TurboMaiiler
  • Hacking / Cracking / Carding
  • Mail Bombers
  • Any type of sniffers
  • IP Spoofer
  • Port Scanners
  • Telnet or SSH Access Scripts
  • All versions of UBB (Ultimate Bulletin Boards)
  • Fake Login Pages
  • Resource Hogging Software Which Takes CPU More Than 25%
** FOR ANY OF THE ABOVE REASONS REFUND WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE.

[3] Buying RDP/VPS/Servers Services From Us:
By buying our servers and using our services, you agree with our Terms And Conditions. The Minimum Setup time for every order is 1 hour. However, during a Large number of Orders, it can take upto 2-3 hours. Kindly open a support ticket for any queries. We are glad to help you.

[4] Harm To Server Caused By You:
Any attempt to harm our servers is highly prohibited. Any violation of the Terms of Services mentioned above, your account will be canceled without any refund for sure.

[5] Harm To Other Clients Caused By You:
If we find a client being abused by another client, then we will Terminate his account from KayHosting for sure without refunding his balance.

[6] Harm To Support Team Caused By You:
Suppose we find a client being abused by the support team, member, administrator, the company, or any team member of the KayHosting Team. In that case, we will Terminate his account from KayHosting for sure without refunding his balance.

[7] Infringement:
Infringement of the above-defined rules should be immediately reported to admin(at)KayHosting.net. All complaints will be investigated promptly. Failure to follow any term or condition will be grounds for immediate account deactivation.

[8] Server Uptime Guarantee:
KayHosting guarantees 99.98% server uptime on all our RDP plans. If servers are found to be dead for a long time, you can ask for your remaining balance back. We also provide extra days to use your service if we find that your server is not working for a long time by our mistake. KayHosting reserves the right to alter any or all of the above policies, guidelines, and disclaimer without specific notification. We also retain the right to increase pricing and make changes to our account plans.

[9] Adding Review On Trustpilot:
If you add a bad/negative review on Trustpilot about the poor quality of rdp & support without contacting us about a solution to your rdp problem we will immediately suspend service until the issue is not resolved.

Some Frequently Asked Questions:
  1. Full Admin Access is available only in Private RDP only.
  2. There is NO admin access in Starter RDP, Basic RDP, USA RDP which means you do not have the right to install software independently. You Can Request for Software installation and we will install it for you, and you can use it.
  3. Encoding RDP is used for Video editing, Video Encoding, Video Compression, Image editing, and All kind of Encoding work. The Number of users is 12-14 per Server, But OBS and Xsplit Are Totally Banned In Our All RDP Plans[Except the Streaming RDP Plans]. Encoding and Streaming RDP will be available soon.
  4. Running TRAFFIC Bots in Starter/Basic/USA and Encoding RDP will also result in Suspension of Service.
  5. Running Streaming Software in Browser/Basic/Admin and Encoding RDP will also result in Suspension of Services.
  6. Any Kind of Hacking and Cracking activities will not be tolerated, and the services will be Suspended immediately.
  7. Using HIGH CPU, RAM, and Misuse of resources will also result in the suspension of services.
** NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN FOR ANY OF THE VIOLATION OF TERMS OF SERVICE.

Refund Policy

You, the customer, are our Number one priority, and so, we, at KayHosting provide a 48 Hours Money Back guarantee to those clients who ordered our service and are having any discrepancies with it. The reason above has to be mentioned, and our qualified technicians will come up with the root of the problem and provide you with a suitable solution. If by any chance, there are discrepancies regarding our product, we ensure a safe and reliable guarantee for the refund of your money, as bound by moral obligation. Transaction & Setup fees will NOT be refunded.

[1] Refunds on grounds of the pretexts mentioned below will not be accepted:
  1. Ignorance of the proper usage of RDP
  2. Unsuitable network connection at the client’s end
  3. Other technical reasons at the client’s end prevent them from using our product to its optimal efficiency.
  4. Issues concerning third-party software. ( If a 3rd party software or Bot is corrupted or is tampered refund will not be given for that reason, you should contact their support to get it solved.)
  5. I am not getting download/upload speed. (The download/upload speeds depends on many factors which are not in our hands).
  6. I ordered by mistake.
  7. I changed my mood, I don’t want the service.
  8. I don’t know how to use the VPS/RDP Serve (We will help, just contact us)
  9. Hacking/Bruteforcing/Spamming/Cracking Tools are not allowed hence I want refund.
  10. I ordered the wrong plan mistakenly. (Contact us and we will change the plan without any extra cost)
  11. I was out of station/Vacation and was not able to use your server.
